Study Centre means a centre established and maintained or approved by the MGVTI in consultation with the RCI or directly by the RCI for the purpose of advising, counseling or for rendering any other assistance required by the students used in the context of special education -distance education program(s). MGVTI shall make adequate provisions for Study Centers approved by the Council within its jurisdiction having adequate student support facilities, including Academic Staff, Coordinator, and Counselors/Tutors etc as per the norms.
